Changes in 3.1 netdb_filename

        A filename where Squid stores it's netdb state between restarts.
        To disable, enter "none".

Changes in 2.7 netdb_filename

sas hardcoded to the first cache_dir

Requires:--enable-icmp
Default Value:netdb_filename stdio:/usr/local/squid/var/logs/netdb.state
