New default to require the feature to be enabled in squid.conf: 

    Default: 0 (disabled)
    (Old default: 3130)

Suggested Config: 


	The port number where Squid sends and receives ICP queries to
	and from neighbor caches.  The standard UDP port for ICP is 3130.
	Default is disabled (0).

	Example:
		icp_port 3130
