New default to require the feature to be enabled in squid.conf: 

    Default: 0 (disabled)
    (Old default: 4827)

Suggested Config: 


	The port number where Squid sends and receives HTCP queries to
	and from neighbor caches.  To turn it on you want to set it to
	4827. By default it is set to "0" (disabled).

	Example:
		htcp_port 4827
